Return & Exchange

While it is our endeavour to deliver the highest quality products and provide the best possible fit, we understand that fabric & fit can be subjective for each individual and therefore to secure your shopping we offer 10-Day Easy Exchange & Return. 

Please note that actual colour of product may vary compared to what you see on your electronic screen due to respective screen colour/ resolution. 

You may exchange or return the garment for a different colour, size any other garment of your choice. If you don’t wish to purchase another product immediately, we will issue a credit note to you which will be valid on dailydhaga.com for a period of 6 months from the issue of the credit note. 

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN: 

To initiate the exchange or return, please notify us within 10 days of receipt of the outfit via email (dailydhaga@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+91 8779028646) of your intent to exchange. 

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of damage, stains and fragrances. The tag on the product should be intact. 

Kindly mention the Invoice number, Product Image & Product Tag in the email or text. If you have purchased multiple products kindly mention the Product ID to avoid confusion. 

Once you receive a confirmation from us for Exchange/Return, you can ship it back to us at the address that will be provided by us. 

You have to self ship the product to us in its original packing along with the invoice and once it qualifies our quality check, we shall issue a credit note or dispatch your replacement order within 7-10 working days, after receiving the previous order as the case may be. 

Credit note will be issued only for the value of the product returned. Please note Shipping Charges shall not be refunded unless a damaged/wrong product is sent by us. 

Daily Dhaga reserves the right to refuse exchanges or returns of any garment/s at their own discretion if they are not in good condition. 

An outfit is eligible for exchange only once. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - 

  • No Exchange & Refund on Orders Shipped Internationally. 
  • All International Orders are Pre-Paid. 

MISCELLANEOUS - 

  • In case of a conflict in any terms of Return and Exchange Policy, the decision of Daily Dhaga shall be final and concluding, and you irrevocably withdraw your right to make any claim or demur on this ground. 

LIST OF NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS- 

  • Damaged, Used & Washed Products will not be eligible for Return or Exchange. 
  • Altered Products shall not be eligible for Exchange or Return. 

 

REFUND POLICY 

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any refund, unless the product is damaged, has manufacturing defects or wrong product is delivered. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and if any product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the products, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

To confirm the defect or the wrong product shipped, kindly WhatsApp or email us images and videos of the garment/s which clearly shows the defect, if any.  

Daily Dhaga reserves the right to decide if the product is eligible for an exchange or refund or not. 

If the defect, damage or receipt of wrong item is confirmed by us, you can ship the item back to us at the address that will be provided by us. Shipping charges in this case will be reimbursed by us. Please share receipt of courier with us which clearly mentions the shipping cost borne by you. 

We will refund the amount that you have paid for the product along with the shipping cost within 5-7 working days after receiving the previous order back. Refund will be made via a bank transfer directly to your account.
